Bass & Drum Samples
All of the following examples are real bass and programmed drums. Many times I never hear the finished product after I send the tracks away, so some of these include the scratch tracks I programmed to - my apologies that they are not final mixes! A couple are works in progress on my drive right now, so you can hear the drums and bass track with no processing.

Just In Case You Care Song demo - they wanted the drum track to be "Roland 808-ish" - great singer.
Lonely Met Love Song demo - A country shuffle proving drum programs can swing - left/right sticking.
Your Loss Artist demo - He wanted it to "rock" - I had the scratch rap and a click to work with.
Don't Know, Don't Care Song demo - the wonderful Gretchen Wilson as stunt singer.
Bad Boy Jingle for a lawnmower company (!) - they wanted more cowbell, so I gave them 3 different parts.
A Little More Song demo - a fretless/brushy groove - couldn't get permission to post the scratch tracks...
